Fees
All fees are charged strictly in accordance with the Auctioneers Act (CAP 5 of 1996) and Legal Notice No.120 of 18th July 1997.
4. Licensing & Jurisdiction
We hold a Class “B” Auctioneers License covering Nairobi, Kajiado, Thika and Kiambu for court warrants and distress for rent, and countrywide for repossession and realization of charged securities.
5. Organizational Structure
The firm is solely owned and managed by Mr. Joseph M. Gikonyo, a licensed auctioneer with over 31 years’ experience, assisted by three additional licensed auctioneers and professional support staff.
